Trail work to the east clearing trees, blowdowns, and alders from the Huber road/trail system.
Cleared more than 20 trees in the 15 miles. Access is clear to the Allagash Headwaters Lakes from the Mattagamon / Shin Pond area and from the North via Oxbow / Libby trails.
Mattagamon and Libbys open this weekend. We are open for meals, lodging, and fuel. Safe access to the trains and the trails and good conditions.
