February 20th Updates

Another busy day in the Allagash Headwaters.

The trails from the Ghost Trains to the Huber Line are groomed tonight, both east and west. The trails were road hard but groomed well. Volunteers removed several trees that came down during the wind storm.

It was a very busy day for the Lodge, with more than 200 sleds in the lot at Allagash Headwaters Lodge. Customers at the lodge from Wisconsin, Canadian provinces, Pennsylvania, and more today.

Join a club, support a groomer, and ride safely. Chamberlain Lake is severely windblown and drifted with lots of slush. Be safe, and we recommend the Locke Dam trail.

The Lodge is tonight with overnight guests and the best equipment. Off-trail specialists, for sure.

Clubs like ours depend on support from the rider community. If you haven’t already joined our club please consider doing so or making a donation.
